In case you missed it, Sen. .... Blumenthal and pals have introduced a bill in the US Senate to protect the chiiildren from liquid ‪#‎nicotine‬. Although all of us can agree that packaging standards for eliquid should include child resistant caps and friendly advice about where to store it, Blumenthal expressed desire to ban “kid friendly” flavors as well (h/t Greg Conley for poking the bear).

This really does get old. There's thousands of us on here that have at the least extended our lives because of e-cigs and are living proof that they work and they STILL have to mess with us. NY state is getting worse all the time with all the anti gun laws and now this. Makes me not even want to live here anymore.

Done. Like some of you pointed out, how can they ban these flavours for our eliquid but they have no problem with alcoholic drinks in all the same flavours? Nicorette gum is also sold in fruity flavours, yet they don't have an issue with that?

a couple of the common causes for young children being poisoned according to the CDC are cosmetics and personal care items, and household cleaning products. Yet we don't see legislation being written to ban make up.
