Title says it all. It looks like Singapore is long overdue for it's own National forum but I can't figure out how/were to make the request. For example, here => Contact ECF Staff - ECF InfoZone the distinction between "Forum Manager" and "Site Manager" isn't very clear.

I was thinking the same thing Rick. I directed an SG member to the closest I could find, which was the Malay forum. He told me he found a Singapore forum... but I can't find it anywhere.
So maybe there is a subforum somewhere, or maybe it knows your IP and is only visible to IPs from Singapore, I dunno...

There is a social sub form called SG Vapers but unless you know what "SG" might even stand for you wouldn't know it exists or how to locate it with a search. I only found it by accident when it showed up due to recent activity.
I'd make the full case here but I don't want to re-re-repeat the reasons all over again should I be told I need to contact x, y or z about it.

Good idea Rick. I have found dozens and dozens of lost SG vapers in the newbie thread over the years. I think a national forum for them will be fantastic. Japan has one and we have way less active members than the SG guys.
The SG social forum is the correct forum.
Someone has to explain to me why
Forum>Community>Social Group Forums>Location Specific>SG Vapers
works better than
National Forms>Singapore
because pointing people to SG Vapers falls under the category of "If I already know it exists I can tell someone about it. Otherwise it doesn't exist."
The Social Group Forum give them a bit of privacy off of the front page of the forum - it is needed.
