We would like to ask our International customers to bear with us during this period and allow extra time for delivery.
There is a large amount of mail and cargo that has built up in Post Office warehouses and Air Freight Terminals and it will take some time to get things back to normal.
Some UK mail might also be delayed as the Post Office systems are pushed to the limits.
Whatever the delays, we are thankful that the only catastrophe has been in terms of disrupted services and not human lives.
We have no control over nature, which at times can be merciless, but we will all do our best to keep things moving with a smile.
