Natural transistion

I can't have analogs around me period...I guess I've come to find that I'm an all or nothing kind of girl. I have been using my pv at work for the last two months, but have been smoking analogs because I had them at home. I decided that I would be done when I ran out and am now on day 3. So far so good...although I don't know if i can resist when i go to the bar and drink. I guess we'll see how that goes next....

Not doing so well at bars or on weekends....oh well...back to the drawing board.

I just transitioned sort of natural like. The first day of vaping I had about 6 alalogs, the second day it was 3 or 4, the third day I had 3 the forth day I had one and the next day and since then I haven't had one at all and don't miss them a bit. I even visited my mother who chain smokes and I wasn't the least bit tempted to smoke. If you feel like you want a cigarette then have one, you may find out that vaping is more enjoyable than tobacco.
