I signed up here because I am trying to find out if anyone is familiar with the site. Apparently a member/former member of this forum called CarbonThief. I placed an order two weeks ago based on an offhand mention by a friend of mine at work. Now I am down 36 bucks with an order that is still "processing" and despite three emails no response from this dude. Last thing I saw post was from around Februaryish. Anyone out there got 411? If the guy is good for it then I can be patient but if not then...

looks like they had a death in the family and this has caused some delays
not sure if its true or not. but seems to be a few people saying that is what happened.

You're just going to have to wait. I have been waiting about three months. Don't bother emailing them, they wont reply. I am going to give him another two weeks before I start smashing the forums with Warnings

Folks have been receiving shipping notices as well as their orders. It's just taking 12 weeks or so until they get them.

Got my juice last week and received this email today. Someone is finally checking their email:

Our site will be re-opened on Monday 08/04/14 and will allow all incoming orders to receive 15% off their full product order until 08/08/14. All order placed now and in the future will have a 48-72 hour shipping turn around policy implemented.
