Nautilus airflow ring removal?

Anyone with the nautilus know how to remove the airflow ring? I don't have a drill at the moment and i want to try and remove the ring but it doesn't seem to have threads on that section of the atomizer. Any thoughts?

As soon as that ring comes off your going to run an excellent chance of losing the tiny spring and the even tinier ball bearing that are placed between the base and the adjustable air flow ring. My friend dropped hers last weekend and those 2 parts flew, never did find the bearing. The unit still works but it lost the nice click/lock between air holes.

I would highly recommend leaving it alone.

Interesting. I'll keep that in mind! I just have always enjoyed my attys without their airflow control rings. On drippers, RTAs, even clearos. i enjoy my vape very airy. Thats why I'm curious. Thank you for the info!
