Does anyone know if Aspire has changed their Nautilus BVC coils?
I've been vaping for nearly two years and have always used the 1.8 coils in my Nautilus Mini. They have always been rated 4.2-5.0V. I just recently needed to buy a pack of 5 and I was given the 3.3-6.0V coils (without a box). When I asked what the deal was, I was told Aspire shipped it to them like that now. The store in question is Vaporus and they are probably the most reputable B&M store here in Quebec, so I don't think they sell fakes. A friend of mine went to a different Vaporus store and they sold him the same thing (3.3-6.0V without a box). He said they worked fine, and based on some research, it seems as though the coils used to be rated 3.3-6.0V until they changed them to 4.2-5.0V about two years ago.
Are they selling me old coils? Did Aspire change something recently? Is this a wholesale thing? Why no box (not that I care, but at least we could tell if they were legit thanks to the scratch off part)?
