Hi
I don't know if its the best but with my nautilus mini I have been using the X6 Variable Voltage Battery 1300 Mah.
Only takes 4 hrs to charge.

The most obvious pairing would be the mini and the iTaste mvp 2.0 . However, if you want something that costs a bit less, the iTaste CLK 1280 does wonders with the mini. I've been using it more than anything lately.

Also, performance is all about what the person using the device likes. For someone that just quit smoking, an ego works fine. It doesn't produce huge clouds, at all. Actually, compared to an actual cigarette, it's almost the same amount. But, with more power comes more heat. And with more in the coil, you get more vapor. So, the more the power, the better the performance. Like I said before. Try either one of the iTastes, the mvp is both VV/VW. While the CLK is only VV and does not stay charged nearly as long.
For me, my MVP has gone three days without needing charged, and I vape a lot.
While the CLK only lasts me about a half a day, maybe a full day if I vape on a lower voltage.

With VV/VW you can change the amount of power that goes to your coils. This way, you can essentially customize it to perform at a rate that's perfect for you.

One comes to mind is the MVP 2.0 and new comer that has lot of people talking is the Eleaf istick. Both are box mods and have internal battery. The MVP 2.0 has been around for awhile and proven. The istick can go up to 20 watts though while MVP 2.0 is limited to 11 watts. You have to find your sweet spot with the wattage.

If you want to spend more money, then there is higher wattage devices from Innokin like the SVD, Siegeli Zmax, Cloupor lines of high wattage devices and of course the the trusted/tested Provari 2.5.

You have to take account your budget etc...what your sweet spot for YOU etc...higher wattage doesn't always mean better performance, but consistent performance from mod give you a better vape.

Head over here for discussions on regulated devices that I mention above

Well, based on what I've read ...the Mini Nautilus with BVC coils can hit higher wattage, and the Ileaf can hit up to 20 watts. If you like a warmer vape, then go with something ILeaf..until you get more adventurous and start rebuilding tank systems, etc..

My mistake when I first started to quit smoking....I wanted this and that...let's say I gave a lot of equipment away, over spent, etc...in time you'll either say this is good enough or maybe little more... e-cig market is growing ..just a while ago..20 watt device would set you over 200 USD, now iStick in the USA is around 34.00 shipped...

The wife likes her MVP2, 11w max is no issue, she only gets close when the bvc needs changed. she's usually at 7 to 9w with 50/50 juice. I'm on a Vamo at 10 w with max vg and 11.5w at bvc change time. I've used mine on the IPV2 a couple of times just because I forgot to charge an extra batterie for the Vamo. We both used the mini on 1300mah spinners at first and they worked well in the upper 3 to low 4v range.
