Buy a Kanger Subtank Mini, it's hands down the best tank I've ever owned. It's fine for beginners, just use the Occ coils. And later, you can also use it as a dripper, too. It's 22 inches, the perfect diameter for most attys.
The Kanger Subtank Nano comes without the rda deck, but people don't like the 18 in diameter.
