Nautilus mini help?

Got one on order for my wife. Hope she doesn't have that problem.
This tank is no different than any other one so the solution is the same
Too much juice getting to the coil area the causes are as follows.
1) sucking to hard creating to much vacumm causing wicking to fast
2) juice to thin and causing wicking to fast
3) not enough air flow causing to much vacuum
4) defective coil allowing juice to wick to fast

possible remedies
1) draw lighter and open up air flow.
2) use more vg in juices
3) try a new coil
4) plug some of the holes in the atomizer that the juice wicks through
If nothing helps you may find it easier to buy an atomizer with user serviceable coils. This allows you to control the wicking to suit your style of vaping.
Good Luck

Reading so many of these posts with problems of the Mini Aspire Nautilus. Everyone thinks it's the coils.....but after so many having the same problem I'm wondering if it's the Mini Aspire Nautilus itself.

I've been using the BVC coils since they came out in the 5ml Aspire Nautilus with no problems.

I'd up my VG in the e-liquid if that's at all possible for you.....Good Luck to You!!!

So I just got my nautilus mini and I'm having some trouble with flooding/gurgling. I've been sure not to get juice into the shaft when filling but it gurgles like hell when using a high PG juice. I'm not getting good airflow and sometimes I catch juice leaking from the air holes. Any advice is appreciated.

If it leaking and gurgling I would suspect you haven't screwed the coil in far enough. I have filled it both ways 1. Screwing coil into the chimney then filling near the top of the tank (full tank method), which could lead to some leaking. 2. Screw the coil into the base and then thread the base onto the tank (half a tank method).

Glad for you....but if you read the posts here there are several members having complaints about flooding and gurgling with the new mini. Members here are trying to help those with problems.

My point was... I don't think it's the tank if there a number of us without issues. I suspect operator error (no offense OP).

i too have had problems with my mini..not flooding, but slight leaking around the gasket, come to find out the gasket is loose.Ive already contacted the company i bought mine from and im sending it back as soon as i can. They already said they would replace it.But no gurgling or flooding..but that doesnt mean the issue couldnt STILL be something to do with the gasket and possibly the vacuum pressure

I got a second mini as a backup and decided to try it out and… I got the same gurgling as the OP. I did get the gurgling fixed with some of the same techniques as nodor’s advice. This new tank has a few things that aren’t quite right. The threads for the coil are kinda wonky and the tank gets stuck.
My original mini has the metal "penis" tank and I noticed I can tighten it all the way and it won't get stuck.
I’ll try a new coil and see if my “penis” tank gets stuck on the backup base tonight. Right now I’m thinking the cause is Chinese QA/QC.

i bought a 5ml Nautilus and has worked great. So i order two Nautilus Mini's and both leak and gurgle. I have tried closing airflow and filling, then primer puffs on small airhole, before normal use. Thats a pain and the ring is hard to turn. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesnt. Both mini's i washed before i used them. These things are too expensive to be so unrealiable is my feeling. They vape great when working tho.
