I've tried it on different mods and always felt it was lacking. It's prob I'm just disappointed for spending the money and looking for solutions. I just don't want to believe I'm getting better results on a 3 dollar evod. Lol again it just comes down to personal preference the evod also seems to sip juice compared to a guzzle. But again it's more fulfilling th taste etc..

I have a handful of Nautilus tanks. I'm surprised at anyone calling them "airy" as depending on the coil, the air flow setting and the tank in general, there ain't a lot of air flow there to begin with. I've sometimes unfavorably compared my Nautilus tanks to Aspires own (inexpensive) Maxi and K1 tanks. While both examples have dismal capacities their air flow issues can seem not as bad as the Nautilus.

The 1.6ohm coils are good for 5V or 15W and the 1.8ohm coils are good for 6V or 20W. Granted I rarely (if ever) run my 1.8ohm tanks over 5V (and almost always use the largest air flow setting), depending on juice PG/VG ratio the Nautilus coils are larger than the lower end Aspire coils and hence have more surface area to be in contact with the wick and juice and ought to produce more flavor+vapor. I'd:
    • check the air flow of the coil itself - some factory coils are more restrictive than others
    • check your voltage/power level - granted your coils cotton can turn south (singed or burned) fairly quickly if your using high VG juices, however with 50/50 (or low ratio) juices you should be able to turn the voltage/power level up enough to get decent flavor and vapor production
I've had a Nautilus tank leak ONCE, when I left it in +90F weather in a parked car.

Not so much airy I'm finding the inhale is lacking substance if that makes sense I really want to like the tank but am discouraged when to me I'm getting better draws and more th with my pro tanks and evods all running the same juice

I have to get an Aspire Atlantis ll some time in future. I hear they are very good.. I Personally like my Kanger subtanks for flavor/production. It seems to work for me, but always willing to try another. Aspire makes very good products for the most part. I like the tank setups for portability and ease to fill. However i'm still new and want to try RTA/RDA'S.. Just cant take to warm of a vape. Smoked for to long.

Read post #16. If the inhale is lacking any kind of strength...

I just tested the theory, by the way. Even at full power on a newly charged Spinner, it's disappointing.

So I'm pretty sure it's the spinner I'm using would upgrading to say a 20 watt box give me the effects I'm looking for from the nautilus mini? I've been looking at the cool Fire IV but the one thing holding me back is the 2000 Mah battery I need some thing that will last me a good 14 hours of pretty heavy vaping can anyone suggest any box mods that will meet this around 30 40 dollars?

I don't know which VV device you are using but when I used one I could turn it all the way up and still not utilize the potential of the Nautilus. My experience with the Spinner 2 and the Nautilus was just ok at best. Once I got my iStick the Nautilus really shined. In my opinion you're underpowered for the Nautilus.
I agree! My nautilus mini flavor and vapor is much better on my Istick 30w than it was on the CF battery it came with in the kit. I use 2nd smallest hole at 8 watts 18 mg Nic and do slow draw mouth to lung hits 70/30 to 50/50 PG/VG (pg gives stronger throat hit VG gives more vapor I like the hit I'm a tootle puffer not a close chaser).

I love my Eleaf Istick 30w with my nautilus mini its on sale at worldofVape.com get the full kit about $30! Buy a silicone sleeve for it too the polished metal is slippery and the sleeve gives a great grip! 2200 ma hour lasts me 2 days at about 3 mil a day.

I wouldn't recommend getting a mod under 30 watts, it would give you no room to grow into sub ohms if you do. The iStick 50W (can find under $40) is a 4400 mah battery (I have 2 I enjoy) but there have been some issues with them. The Innoken MVP 30W is a 3800 mah unit (around $50). There are probably others but I haven't shopped for any for a while.

I have 2 x 20w and 1 x 30w iStick. I couldn't say how long they last, as they get topped up most evenings for an hour (max).
The 20w is not the best option; the saving is not worth it, as the threads were dodgy, the 510 pin was even more dodgy and the low power range didn't work as the chip didn't step down.

I have a Sigelei mini on order which will take 1 of 2 LGHE4 batteries. These are 2,500mAh and it will be interesting how they compare to the inbuilt 2,200 (Li-po?) in the iSticks.

and YES.... :) what you are looking for (a more full-some vape) should be easy with a mod like these. I was thinking Coolfire 4, but I got the LG batteries for general use in all sorts of mods, so in the end it was a straight choice between mini Cloupor or mini Sigelei. Neither is much of a long-term prospect, I fear. I'll try one regardless.
