I opened a new one let it soak in the juice and same thing... What do I do to fix this or what did I do wrong???

The wicking material in these coils needs to be thoroughly saturated before using them, and it takes a while when you first load up a new coil. I like to drip a few drops of juice down into the coil where the mesh screen is then put the coil into the tank and let it sit for ten minutes (with the tank full). Give it several unpowered primer puffs (covering the airflow holes) during these ten minutes. You should see air bubbles raising in the tank. This should make sure you get the wick fully saturated.

It's the new bvc's there is no mesh screen anymore, should I still drip a couple drops of eliquid in there?

Do what Susan-S said, all of the above. Ok now if you don't see a screen mesh down the center of your coil it is a BDC ( bottom dual coil ) and will work at between 7-8.5 watts. If you have BVC ( bottom vertical coils ) you should see a screen mesh down the top of the coil and they will handle a little more power per most peoples experience. Most people vape bvc around 11-14 watts. So what is your device and what are you setting it at...volts/watts?
Also on the air control.....smallest hole, tightest draw will pull more juice to the coil..... Try different draws and volts/watts......lower first and move up slowly till it is just right
