I currently have an MVP 2.0 and I have mini pt 2's and an aero tank. I also have a pt 3 with the air flow base. I seem to like the mini pt 2's the way they draw and hit more than the aero or pt3. I have seen the nautilus and kayfun mentioned a lot and was wondering is the nautilus as good as the reviews I am reading? Also, I have been rebuilding my pt coils and wicking with cotton and like that, has anyone rebuilt the nautilus heads? Or if it is better to go with a kayfun or kayfun lite plus? I do like the glass tanks so I wasn't sure on that

I don't have the Aerotank or the Kayfun so I can't comment on those but I do have the Nautilus. I've seen some video's on Youtube that show nautilus heads being rebuilt. It's an interesting concept but I have yet to try it myself. I like my Nautilus, it holds a ton of juice and hits really well on all air settings. The flavor for me is a little lack luster since I've been wicking my other atty's with cotton. I imagine that once I can get the Nautilus heads rebuilt with cotton I won't pick up anything else. :toast:

I have the Nautilus and the Kayfun Lite + clone. As much as I want to like the Nautilus, I just don't. I know everyone seems to love it, but it didn't live up to the hype when I used it. I didn't think it hit that well and I wasn't happy with the airflow settings either. I haven't tried my hand at rebuilding the coils yet, but hopefully when I do I will like it better. Maybe it just the stock coils. I love my KFL+. I love building coils for it and it hits
awesome. Flavor is awesome and it looks so cool on my Provari and my Magneto. I also use a PT2 with the adj airflow base on it and I really like that tank as well. So, I haven't given up on my Nautilus yet, but if I rebuild the coils and still don't like it...I'll have to shelve it.

I hadn't seen anything on anyone trying the nautilus with cotton, but I will keep my eyes open to see if I hear about that. I have really liked the flavor with cotton on my pt rebuilt heads. I am sure eventually I will get a nautilus

Like I said, I like my PT2 and my PTmini with my rebuilt micro coil heads much better than the nautilus. :vapor:

I have the Hcigar Kayfun 3.1 and the Aerotank. Huge difference between these two and they are not in the same category really. The Nautilus is supposed to be better than the Aerotank, but I don't think the heads can be rebuilt (yet/if). From my understanding, the heads in the Nautilus last a long time though (I do not have a Nautilus).

If you have the Aerotank, skip the Nautilus and look into the Kayfun or one of it's "clones" to start with.

I have an Aerotank, Tobecco Kayfun Lite+ and an EHPro Kayfun Lite. The kayfuns are awesome and produce terrific flavor. The Aerotank stock had muted flavor and a delay in firing as the dual coils heated up on my Sigelei Zmax V3 (even at 10 watts). The vapor production from a stock Aero was pretty good though. I have since rebuilt the Aero coil into a 2mm, 30 gauge, 1.8 Ohm single micro and it is now a wonderful, flavor-filled vapor producer! I love it! I use all three equally.

I don't own a nautilus and I don't plan to, mostly because kanger coils are so easy to rebuild.

Nautilus was a let down for me...finally got around to opening up my aero tank today & prefer it way over the nautilus, favors better, working perfectly, just wish the tank held more juice...have a real kayfun & a clone & for me the flavor is great the aero tank is not to far behind..I would rate the nautilus last on flavor it's muted, well that & aesthetically it's just an ugly tank IMO

Thanks for the info everyone. I was aware that the nautilus is comparable to the aerotank, I had just heard a lot of good things about it. But then I have also heard a lot of good about kayfun so thought about just moving to that. I know that is a rebuildable but also has the tank. And I have heard it has great flavor. I do like the pt coils rebuilt w cotton much better than the stock coils and I have a small Dripper smok rda that I have built w cotton wick before. Just wasn't sure if either was hands down better even though they are different from each other
