I love the Aspire nautilus big time it gives me maximum flavor, I can load it with a little or a lot of juice it looks super cool and vapes very well. My problem is when I unscrew thew base the coil unscrews and stays crewed into the top tube and then I have to get all sticky and unscrew it myself by hand and put it back into the base where it belongs. i tightened the coil into the base with needle nose plyers in hopes it will not come undone anymore its a real pain in the but to have to keep unscrewing the coil from the top tube every time i switch flavors. I am wondering does anybody else have this problem?

Nope never had the head stay with the air tube, sounds like you're over tightening the tank to base.
Could be you need to clean the threads or the base threads are boogered up from over tightening the head with pliers.

Disassemble and clean everything thoroughly, dry, install head into base snug / tight with fingers, tighten tank to base just enough to prevent leaking.
