I wish it was eaiser to navigate thru the forums, and why can't a new member git in on giveaways? I have read all the rules and still not clear where I am supposed to post 5 times Help

Okay, got that, then where else am I allowed to post? I've been to the new members forum, but they all seem to just be information! What am I not getting, as I would like to be able to enter contests. I am a CASAA member and have replied to all the calls of action, so I don't know where else I am allowed to go!

You first five posts have to be somewhere in the New Members forum. Like here. They can be replies right here, starting another thread if you feel a need for a different topic counts, or replies to other new member posts. Don't post junk though just to get your post count up. That's called spamming for post count and it doesn't fly.
Once you get five posts in then you need to wait: The server updates account status at 25 minutes past the hour, every hour.
Someone will have to correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't know of any restriction that says new members can't participate in giveaway contests. You won't be able to get to them and post an entry though until you get those five posts in here first.

Okay thank you for your help, there is a lot of thread I wanted to post on, but now I understand I have start here first, I am really not a stupid person, just a bit confused..lol
Thank you for your help. I was asking about entering contests, but I guess your right the limitation is I can't post to enter, and that is why I can't enter here on ECF which is where the contest is, so until I get those 5 post I can't enter. So I'll go around and see where I can! Thanks again!!
