NC Big Weekend Vapers Meeting!!

For the locals, we are still going to have a Saturday evening vapers meeting in Charlotte the weekend before Thanksgiving. We would love to see you all there. There were a few vapers that didn't want to lose the meeting all together so we will just have a regular meeting on the 19th. Watch this thread for location and time. Thanks!

I belive you lost most everyones intrest when you mentioned $75.00 for the meeting room when we have no idea what the meeting is about. Is this a board meeting, or a convention of some sort? More details into what this is all about would spark more intrest.
Sitting in a meeting room vaping and drinking, trying new products, this is all the information I get out of it so far.
Whats being discussed? Formal or casual wear? Topics at hand, why this meeting is important to us.
The holidays have nothing to do with the responce it was the way it was represented we have no idea what is going on. Next time explaine what is being presented, what the meeting has to offer and I bet your meeting will be successful.

Most of us have been here for quite a while and are aware of what these meeting are. Have you ever heard of Vapefest? If not, you should do some searching on youtube. A vapers meeting is nothing formal...by far. If you don't enjoy talking, vaping, drinking and trying new PVs, then this is not for you. The NCVC has had many meetings. We have been doing them for over a year. There is no problem with the way it was presented. A little research will give you a great idea of what the vaper club meetings are all about. I am always happy to answer questions via PM.

Yes...the meeting room would have been a place for us all to hang out. We cannot do that in a room or the lobby.

A link to the meeting and events would be nice,
newbies like to stay on one fourm rather than jump to another site for information.
Presentation is key to hosting events, thats all I'm implying. Vaping and drinking and meeting others is great no doubt there.
You seem tence relax, I'm all for vaping and drinking and I support the ECF.

We are having a meeting on November 19th (place and time is above). You can join us, or you can skip it. It is really quite simple. It's a get together. Just like meeting friends for dinner. I don't make a special presentation for dinner plans with friends. We just show up and enjoy hanging out. I am sorry, but I do not have time to find the information for you. Much of it can be found right here on ECF. There are vapers clubs all over.
