On March 28, Nebraska's legislature passed Bill LB 1204, a significant piece of legislation impacting the vape industry within the state. While the bill incorporated several measures from an earlier proposed bill, LB 1296, it notably excluded the much-discussed PMTA (Premarket tobacco Application) registry language. This change has significant implications for manufacturers, retailers, and consumers of vape products in Nebraska.

That's quite a development for the vape industry in Nebraska! The exclusion of the PMTA registry language is particularly intriguing. It makes me wonder how this will affect the market dynamics and regulatory compliance for businesses and consumers alike. I'm curious to see how manufacturers and retailers adapt to these new regulations and what the long-term impacts will be on the vaping community in the state. What are your thoughts on the potential challenges and opportunities this bill presents?
These PMTA bills, pushed by Big Tobacco are small vape shop killers. Which is what BT intended them to do.
