Can you buy silica wick locally? I think I'd rather use silica than cotton...

I might end up going with cotton....never had a cotton wick....cotton burn about the same as silica? I'm just worried about getting it too hot...you know, with all the hot spots I end up with....I know I can dry burn silica in short bursts....don't know about cotton

okays i back for a minte... another busy day this time doing homework not avoiding you all promise just avoiding distrations snicker.. so how bad is the weather around you guys here not alot of snow really but very windy... wondering if they are gonna call of class tomorrow for me... or if i am gonna have to ditch cause its snasty road conditions?
