In all honesty.. I would have done the same thing, sir!
That makes my heart smile!

S-s-s-s-s-oda! I only drink diet, if I do.. And that's usually to add to the cheaper bourbons, lol. My downfall is carbs.. I eat a lot of healthy foods, I just have been lazy as far as working out, for the last 4 months.
That makes my heart smile!
You complete me!
Pop is my biggest downfall.....can't stand the taste of diet.....almost as much as much as the taste of coffee! I have gotten better.....I used to drink at least 2 24oz bottles of dew at work and close to a 2 liter bottle of dew at home....now I'm down to 1 or 2 cans at work and usually one glass at night.....trying to work my way completely off of pop.....just love the sweetness.....I like water....but get tired of no sweetness......I need to start exercising again....but can't really afford a gym membership, have a hard time working out by myself at home.....
What do you usually do for a workout? Gym?
So I found some 3/32 ss wire rope at tractor supply.....bought about 2' of it.....now i have to figure out how I'm gonna cut it.....wish I had a dremel.....I've said that so many times that I should have bought one by now.....maybe I'll try cutting it on our big chop saw at work Monday.......that should be fun trying to cut it down to 1½" lengths......![]()
Ditto.....I forgot to tell you to tell Jen I said hi earlier.....tell Jen I said hi....sorry I missed her......but it made my day seeing your sweet face!
I'll work you out! Yeah, I would go to the gym for 2 hours while our EFH was at day services.. Then in the evenings, usually go for a walk with the dog or a run. We haven't had the time for the gym and rather than throwing my P90 on the DVD, I would do almost nothing if I wasn't at work.. I'm much more motivated to work out if I'm not at home, lol
Damn, You could use my dremel.. It's only a cordless one and the battery needs replaced, but it works for a bit really well! Where you find it at TSC? Now I'm gonna have to go there just to try it.. How much was it?
Yeah, she was out collecting the parts for my meal.. She got home and saw the charger and ZMax and said "What the hell did you do while I was gone?".. She says HI!
I did insanity for about 3 months and was in awesome shape....but after a the second month I had shin splints so bad that it took all i had to keep going.....last time I tried running I started getting shin splints after a couple days.....I don't know what to do now......I can't really afford a gym membership now.....
It was towards the back of the store along the north wall....they had ss and galvanized.....I made sure to grab the ss....think it was $1.49 a ft.....can't wait to try it
Hugs and kisses, baby!
We haven't usually cooked the healthiest meals, mainly because of the cost of cooking for 7 people is high enough.....but over the last week we've started trying to eat healthier, last night we had turkey wraps on garden spinach wraps....tonight we had baked salmon....I like me some salmon.....now i just need to quit drinking p...p.....po.....pop......man that's hard just to say......![]()
We on for beer Friday???
Yeah, I have a bum knee, ankle, shoulder and calf Lol.. I just push through it though.. I would typically do an hour of cardio and then minor weights. Can't do like I did while I was playing baseball and football.. But enough where I was good. Especially after quitting smoking!
That right there is a dew thing.......just sayin. Ain't judgin...just sayin.......
Hugs and kisses, baby!

Dang.. Looks like I will be making a trip there in the next day or two. If they sell Blue dog food, I should have a valid reason, lol
Does the Pope crap in the woods?
