That sucks. They want to tax them at 86% of the cost and make it illegal to try liquids in a store, as well as ban ecigs.
We have a tough enough fight with the FDA, not to mention all these states trying to ban or tax the crap out of them.
I'm kinda surprised nebraska hasn't tried something. I know omaha tried passing a bill before, but don't remember what it all entailed.

yup really sucky and a good company electronixstix is based there they wont even be able to sell to other states without adding the tax, if htey are allowed to sell online at all. I vaguly remeber nebraska doiing something but what i dunno
