Man, I just talked to Joe, he got off his restrictions Monday. Greens made him do a complete physical yesterday, like when he was hired, before they would let him come back....he went in today and they fired him! Due to poor vision in his left eye.......!! Feel bad for him...

was he out on workmens comp before he got canned?

No, he didn't do it at work. Ended up finding out that he had a weak muscle on one side of his back, and it was causing other muscles to work harder and causing a lot of pain....his doc put him on a 25lb weight restriction.....so Greens cut his pay by $4.50 an hour....and making him call in everyday to see if they had work he could do.....stupid part is, he could still do 95% of the stuff he did before.

gah apparently i was very tired rofl, and needed sleep i have not slept past noon in years... woke up and was OMG really.. no that cant be right... checked a different clock... still noon... about fell over since my back injury i dont sleep much more then 4 hours at a time then found the melatonin and valerian cocktail and can go for about 6 to 7 but this was almost 8 and half hours of sleep thats just wow cant even describe it and i feel awesome.

I politely pointed out to him that anything gg has severe availability issues - including the consumables....there are so many posts about not being able to buy new ceramics for his other attys and I don't know which he's using in his new one.....I followed that thread in the beginning, but, as usual the timeline to production is always screwed.....Achilles is supposed to be available in March - yet they haven't opened pre-orders yet as far as I know...so, same ol' same ol' on the gg front. Just ridiculous.

Wow that sucks.. the biggest issue is this is a freakin right to work state so an employer can fire you for any bs reason they want... a lawyer might not be able to help much as it this isnt a workmens comp style case... i would still have him go at least talk to a lawyer see what they think but i think its a long shot... personally just have him claim unemployment he wont have any issue getting it a they let him go for a medical reason they cant even fight it and probably wont.
