Pitt got me hooked up! He put it on his telescope and it fit fine, put it on his Provari and it worked, so he tried a 510 to 510 adapter on my zmax and it fired up! For some reason it won't screw onto my high quality zmax....even when I wiggle my finger and hold my tongue...Pitt let me borrow his adapter until I buy one! He is one fine gentleman!

Don't know what it is but for some reason that adapter trick works now and then. Optimally I wouldn't use an adapter unless absolutely necessary.
