Take I-80 to the 480 FWY (Towards that state I wont mention).. Get off on the Capital St./20th exit and keep along Capital until 10th. Hang a left and it will be on your right
Edit: I should make a point to state that you want to keep on 480 as it veers East..

I'm sure Hawk will chime in.. But that's the route I took last time and it deposited us right there. With the event going on, they might have certain streets closed.. But that will at least put you in the area. May end up having to take 12th street or 13th North to bypass 10th street traffic up to the center. 17th will also shoot you North, without having to worry about reconnecting streets through the area
