Snow covered kitties would involve a meeting that would be attended by everyone who has never seen snow or a kitty....then they would all make a pronounced, yet....tentative, decision to either paint it or wrap it in something.
Then they would call the client....make promises, then come out and say we need white covered something's, wrapped in something, hanging from truss we don't have. And we already committed to the client. Make it happen...don't ask questions of your boss or anybody that has their name on the hand drawing(because a real work order = commitment) because they don't know and don't care beyond their next fat paycheck....

Hey everyone! How's it going tonight? I'm ready for bed! Just got back from Joe's, helped him set up his aga, and tried to help him set up his griffins.... That didn't go too well. I think the biggest problem was the wicks he made. Gonna try rolling some wicks for him and see if that helps......my aga only has 2 screws, a wick hole and a short little post with a screw in it.....Joe's has 3 screws, a wick hole and a short little post with a screw in it......what you guys have?
