I dig the mod - super helpful to be able to read resistance on the atomizer since I am rebuidling my coils. I did a rebuild last night on a Kanger Protank because I was fiddling with it too much and it started flooding. The flavor wicks aren't the brightest idea I have ever seen in terms of ability to prevent the gurgle. I doubled over a piece of 2mm silica wick and wrapped 4-5 times, brought the resistance down from 2.6ish to 1.8ohms. the total of 4mm silica seems to be doing really well at preventing the flooding in the Kanger ProTank so I am pleased. It's a damn shame this stuff doesn't work well right out of the box. My best hitting clearos are all rebuilt. LOL

That's the biggest thing I like about my vv mods is being able to check resistance. I haven't done a lot of rebuilding with silica. I built my igo-l with silica, and my Phoenix is built with silica, but I really like ss mesh. I rebuilt a couple vivi nova heads with mesh, might try doing a couple with silica now that I have a ton of it!
