I'm getting a GeekVape Aegis Legend 200W and a Horizon Falcon tank and I want to order a new set of batteries. My options (from the place I'm ordering from) are the Samsung 30Q or the Hohm Life. Actually, VaporDNA.com has some other batteries but I was hoping to get a 3000mAh battery. Which one would give me better battery life?

Is there another battery that I could get (later, from some place like RTDVapor) that would be better?

I've been out of it for a few years and I've never even heard of Hohm batteries until I started looking for a new mod and sub-ohm tank. Any advice would be appreciated!

Ohm Life are rewraps and should be avoided.
The Samsung 30Q or the LG HG2 are great 3000 mAh 20 amp batteries good for 60 watts per cell. Or the Sony VTC5a which is a 2500 mAh 25 amp cell good for 75 watts, less runtime but more power that's how it works.

Are you ordering from a reputable supplier and what is your location? The only reason to not order from Mooch's approved list is if you don't have access to the suppliers and etc. I do not order batteries from vape shops.... Ever. Even the most excellent vape shop there is the possibility of buying rewraps and you really do not want that. Etc.

Good luck,

Anna

I agree with the others recommending to buy only from trusted battery vendors and not vape shops, local or online. Sonicbomb supplied a good list of batteries and vendors to choose from. He also give vital information to choose the battery with. 20a batteries are good up to 60w (which would be 120w max for a dual battery mod like you have picked) and 25a batteries are good for 75w each (which would be 150w max for the dual battery mod). After picking out the amperage that will suit your vaping style, then you should look for the MaH.

If you want 3000mah your best bet is the Samsung 30q’s LGhg2’s or the Sony vtc6’s. I’d avoid the Hohm batteries, not because they’re bad or anything they’re just overpriced and no better than the 3 I’ve listed. Also as everyone else has said get from a good vendor and get the cheapest of the 3 listed. I have all three and have noticed zero difference in them. Orbtronic or imrbatteries are the two I usually use because they have the cheapest usually. Also if you buy in pairs they include free cases so keep that in mind.
