Need a durable USB passthrough for dse901

I bought a dse901 USB passthrough from Heavy Vapor about a month ago. It just broke. I would like to buy a better quality passthrough this time. I'm mainly concerned w/ durability. My atomizers are from Heavy Vapor. Any recommendations?

If anybody is curious as to what made my old passthrough stop working: The USB cable became frayed right where it entered into the translucent LED cover on the end. It looks like they just drilled a hole in the tip for the wire to go in but they didn't do anything to strengthen or secure the wire shielding. The rough edges just wore through the wire after 1 month of use.

The same thing happened to me. I was able to cut the wire at that point and re-solder it back together. The problem is the wires are so small that they fray and break very easily. I have since taken the wire and tie-wrapped it to the body (long tube). Thanks from someone else on this forum for that tip. I'm sorry I don't remember who.

Maybe a PT from PureSmoker with adapter? The cord on it is a beast, plus 5 volts.
