Need a form letter for friends and family to send to Washington.

I'll be the first to admit I am horrible at writing letters so I'd like to ask someone who is good writting and knows the specifics of the proposed bills to please write a form letter for my family and friends to send to their Congressmen/women. Figure I could help flood the offices in NY, NJ, TN, AL, AZ & FL.
