@ Dusty,

I am running a Mac OS X Version 10.6.8 with Kaspersky

Thing is I have no other issues anywhere else but here at ECF with the PM's,,, seems odd, and I dont really want to uninstall the Kaspserky

There was also chit chat about the combo of Mac and Kaspersky having issues with VB coding on some forum software. Could you uninstall, and perhaps reinstall Kaspersky? It is possible that some code has been corrupted and that is what is affecting you.

Is it possible pause/stop Kaspersky Antivirus first and then try sending a pm? If the problem does not crop up after pausing, then you know for a fact that Kaspersky Antivirus is causing it. If problem still persists, it doesn't automatically mean that Kaspersky Antivirus is not the culprit.

I've never used any antivirus on any of my computers, so I'm just giving a layman's suggestion to pinpoint the cause first before uninstalling.

??? you mean wireless keyboard like I'm using ??? or you mean the Kaspesrky virtual keyboard ?

the Kaspesrky, that's what my search is driving me to, but since i dont use antivirus I can't give you more information but if you can try another keyboard and not your wireless it would be a good idea.

ok, thanks Liscab, I'm going to contact Kaspersky 1st and see if they can correct this somehow first, thanks again !

Kaspersky will tell you that it's a problem with the VB software. ;)

Please keep us posted on the issue if you do get a resolution..
