I have been vaping for about 6 months now. I started out very gung ho but for the past month I've mainly been smoking real cigs. I have tried alot of different tobacco mixes from several different venders but still have not found the one that does it for me. I have tried lots of the fruity and other juices also and don't like them at all. I have always used the kr808 batteries and cartomizers. They have been really great but I just ordered an Ego from LF, hoping that would spur me back into trying to give up the real smokes. I started with pg juices and now I'm mainly using 50/50 pg/vg mixes when I can find vendors that sell both then I mix them equally. I find lately that I get a really dry mouth and I'm wondering if that is the pg in the juice. From what I read the main difference is vg gives more vapor and pg more th. Can anyone tell me if the vapor from all vg feels different than the pg vapor and not just the amount of vapor you get and also do you still get the dry mouth/throat feeling with all vg. Any help you can give or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also looking forward to getting my first LF order and looking forward to trying their tobacco flavor that comes with the kit. Thanks again.

Both PG and VG are hygroscopic. But, I've read that PG is moreso. Drink a little extra water and your dry throat should be taken care of.

Can't help you out much with the tobacco flavors. Although, when I was using them I had a fondness for EcoPure Rich from Intellicig, it's not the cheapest around ... pretty good. But, that's all subjective and what I liked may taste like crap to you, and vise versa.

Good luck with kickin' the coffin nails to the corner. :)

Hello Canchaser! I use biotene tooth paste & gum to help with the dry mouth feeling. Also drink lots of water. I probably started vaping around the same time as you did, but I gave up analogs the first day. I will tell you that I have learned to prefer a mix of around 70pg30vg or even a 50/50 mix. Also, I went with coffee & sweeter flavors instead of tobacco initally, and have just recently discovered that I like tobacco flavors again. If you're still craving cigarettes, you might try a higher nicotine level - that seemed to be what helped me. I started with 24mg and now I'm down to 4mg.
Anyway..just some ideas from what helped me to quit. Best of luck to you!!

I haven't found any true tobacco taste but I have been vaping since last July and I smoked American Spirits before the price got so outrageous, so I tried it in e-juice and found that it taste and smells like the real thing before you light a match to it. I always loved the smell of a pack of cigarettes when I opened them up. I also found that I like the e-juice tobacco with cocoa in it. You just have to try different juice from different vendors till you find one that you like.
