Need a little SIG help

I had a little look around here for help with my issue but there are a lot of post's and my eyes are starting to spin...

I want to put link's in my signature like this >>http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/coil-builds/553309-braided-wire-coils.html
and this>>Coil wrapping | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators

but everytime i add it to the sig and preview i see the link but in the>> "http://" form.
