Are they out of business? Any other site with those kind of prices?

It's hard to recommend a vendor because everyone has different tastes.I usually shopped from different vendors and try different stuff until I learned how to make my own juices. I can make any flavor (or combination of flavors) I like, with the exactly the right sweetness, sourness, bitterness, dryness or moistness, throat hit and vapor for me.

I usually get my e-liquid from Kingpin. They carry a few different e liquid brands that offer a good selection of flavors, from menthol, to more traditional, to the fruity ones, too. They run a lot of sales, too, so if you pay attention to when they are, you can get some really good deals.
