Need a strong chocolate flavor

Hi everyone,

A little background, my lungs have issues with artificial coloring from flavorings. Everytime i have used any flavors that contain red/blue/yellow/caramel food coloring my lungs start aching.

I have purchased MOST of PA's flavorings since they do not use dye in their flavors...I own double chocolate, white chocolate, bittersweet chocolate and none of those are giving me the right chocolate taste. The double chocolate is the clearer version and has a slight floral taste to me..its a good flavor but not like biting into a chocolate bar. The white chocolate doesnt taste much like white chocolate to me at all, and the bittersweet chocolate makes the juices i put it into harsh if i use to much.

Are there any PA chocolate flavors or any other flavor company that does not use dye in their flavor, that actually come through as either a chocolate bar or dark chocolate?

Dark colors are fine as long as they dont contain red/blue/yellow/caramel coloring.

I'd say the PA Double Dark Chocolate (the really dark looking flavouring) is a pretty good chocolate flavour. It smells strongly of dark chocolate (I'm not detecting any floral notes at all) and tastes decent too. It's definitely more like a dark chocolate than milk chocolate, to me. I've so far combined it with some vanilla (I used FA Vanilla Bourbon) and ethyl maltol that for me, helps take the bitter edge off it. As always with anything flavouring, YMMV

I am a certified chocoholic and have tried too many chocolates to count.

Check Vaperite's Milk Chocolate. I'm not sure about the dye issue, but the flavor is great.....working on a true milk chocolate bar recipe using it and it shows promise. I've found the perfumy/flowery in LorAnn's and some of PA's, but don't detect it with Vaperites. His ejuices are top shelf and so are his flavorings.

hmm looks like i'm gonna toss the double dark into my next order to give that one a try. Hopefully it hits the spot for my diying!

I use TPA chocolate. It does the job. It's all I've tried, though. It's clear colored, too.

You'd have to ask abot the colouring, but Healthcabin's Chocolate Black is the best dark chocolate I have come across so far.

I think FlavourArt's Cocoa is a good dark chocolate flavoring. 3-4% should yield good results.
