Need a vape app (iPhone)

First off I'm not sure this is the right forum for this but I couldn't figure out where to put it.

I'm looking for an app to list juice I own and possibly a rating system so that I can keep track of the favorites. I have them all written down in a notebook right now and it's just getting annoying having to search for the book and it's not in any kind of order (alphabetical or by vendor). I was considering putting them in the notes section of my phone but its not a great system. I found a few vape apps on the app store but I only remember one having a juice rating system and it was sub-par to say the least I just don't remember which app it was.

Do any of you know of an app that can handle this? Doesn't have to be a vape app but a simple note taking/rating app?

Dont know of one which means absolutely nothing but I would definitely get that app if there is one.

Try Evernote. What I used to do for video game inventory in an old shop I was the owner of was that I created multiple notes with the ratings, and just did a bullet list in each note.

For example, I rated stuff 1-5 so I could keep only 5 total notes. I'd write down the names of the games to stay updated in what I was playing and how I could interact with my customers.
