To be honest, when i got my 510, even as noob as i was, i only charged each new batt until the light turned green :D

I've only had this kit for almost a week, but my batteries have been working fine, no problems with them not lasting as long as they should or anything.

You don't have to wait ;-) vape and enjoy

Is it just me, or has anyone else been screwed by Smoking Everywhere?

almost 2 months ago, I purchased a gold kit from them, and 2 weeks into use, the atomizer broke and started spewing out liquid into my mouth.

I called them to try to return it, and they said a mailing label would be sent out to me right away, and I'd received it in 3-5 business days. ok, so I wait for 2 weeks, and nothing happens. I call them back, and first of all, they can't find my information, and second of all, they claim that they don't do mailing labels for return items!!!

After demanding to speak with the manager, and being put on hold multiple times, the girl finally tells me, oh yea, our mailing label machine's been broken for the past 2 weeks. ( how convenient!) and that my mailing label was being mailed out THAT DAY.

It's been another 2 weeks, and still nothing, so I call back, and again they can't find my info! And after demanding a refund, which they refused, by the way, (that's not in our company policy), the girl promises to call me back the next day.

I'm still waiting guys. that was 150 bucks down the drain! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

He's at 15 posts so I'm not sure if the site will let him do a signature yet. I forgot what the post count had to be but it isn't a large number 10-30 posts?

Hangtime has it right, get a 510 manual passthru. You can vape without wasting your batteries while at the computer, and in an emergency they can act as a portable battery as well (just with a long ... wire)

Dude, SE has so much bad PR and the customer service reps are constantly being reported here as lairs. I'm glad I found out about e-cigs froma friend and he sent me here first. A LOT of people get screwed by SE initially.

Howdy pissedoff;
I understand that you're new here, and I'd like to explain. You should really start a new thread in the New Members Forum on this subject. You're posting in a thread that people are discussing the Model 510, and it really has nothing to do with SE. Most people consider changing the subject in a thread as inconsiderate.

You have a valid complaint. Start a thread in the New Members Forum, and you'll get tons of answers on the complaint.

Cheers;
jd

Hi there,

Sorry about that, you know I tried to go post a new thread, but it wouldn't let me for some reason. maybe because my membership is too new?

No problem. You can post a new thread in the New Members Forum. After you have 15 posts, you can start a new thread in the other Forums. The 15 post rule is to help control spamming.

Welcome to the Forum;
