RDA need advice on the real deal

I'm not gonna get into the story but after like 6 spools worth of wire I've finally figured out how to get that stapled tiger coil perfect. I go to install the second coil on my new clone plume veil and the neg post threading inside stripped apparently. That's what I get for getting a third plume veil clone by now. buy cheap buy twice has proven to be correct yet again.

So before I give them my money I figured I'd ask you guys. I'm looking for a good rda authentic or a super duper good clone with a dual center post.

I need 4 holes if I want this coil perfect on each side. Recommendations please?

I absolutely adore my Cigreen Xv2! Dual center posts, deeeeeep juice wells, awesome airflow, dual or single coil configurations, smooth machining with a nice "heavy" feel to it. Open her up for some rockin clouds, or close up the airflow for some impressive flavor.

It's definitely a solid atty IMO.

I brought the mutation x v3 (authentic) recently, i put dual 26g kanthal at 0.5ohm and really enjoyable. split center post, good air flow, deep juice wells.

dude no way - I JUST bought authentic mutation x v3 from a local shop today. Gonna do my super build tomorrow on it and see how it performs.

Also was looking at doge v2, extremely impressed with those post holes now that I saw it in person. I would have gotten it but they only had it in black. Gonna get it from congrevape in the very near future.

I talked to hobo customs and got screws for the hobo so I'm probably not gonna get the authentic hobo anymore and stick with this clone since it's performing VERY well for me so far, amazing, absolutely AMAZING flavor. Tugboat I like (also clone) but I don't like it enough to fork out 80 fazools on an authentic.

I've read a lot of mixed reviews on plume veil and how aethertech sucks with their customer service, and looking at the fact that I went through 3 clones already I highly doubt I'm gonna drop 120 of my hard earned money on something that may be the same flippin quality material wise as these clones. And I already know exactly how it vapes, so spending 120 is gonna be a huge disappointment if I'm not 100% happy with it, and from what I've read, I don't really want to take that big of a chance.

Gonna post some pics tomorrow of my new build in this thread on that mut x v3 with my favorite stapled tiger coil. Will aim at .17-.2 range but looking at the fact that that thing has 18 air flow holes, I might just aim at .15 ohms. That coil is such a PITA to build and trying to hit specific ohms on it is a pure trial and error

I have the same. Nice machine! Do you find the top cap a little on the loose side??

No really I find it's just tight well. But I read lot of review said it's loose comparing to v2. Mine is just fine.

So I'm looking at doge v2 since the post holes are huge which should solve my dual stapled tiger coil mounting issue. Helios is out of the question cause post holes are so tiny I don't even know if I could fit a 30 gauge in there lol

Just bought one of these over the weekend. I LOVE it! I haven't taken it off of my mod since purchasing. Flavor and cloud are amazing.

Gonna get that next. Mutation x V3 is sick. I built a dual stapled tiger coil sitting at only .173 and the clouds and airflow out of this thing are simply STUPID big.

I decided to rebuild the coils twisted with nichrome cause I wanted a hotter vape but was having bad luck with the res reading so I had to toss them. Today I went to try it and ended up slicing my finger on wire. Just my luck.

Gonna attempt another build tomorrow once my finger heals. Aiming at .14 ohms with dual stapled tigers. I love those coils but they're so hard to get perfect.

Also there is so much room to build in this mutation and the well is pretty deep. Makes plume veil look like a real joke.

Hobo locked up yesterday. The wall that screws onto the bass somehow got locked up and I couldn't get it off. This happened to anybody?

Yeah...that's exactly what I thought before I tried it. I'm a huge flavor junkie, and just to say I did it, I tried single coil mode one day. I was skeptical because I figured with only 1 coil, flavor and vapor would only be 1/2 as much. I was completely shocked when it out performed dual coils. Thinking about it makes sense....with 1/2 the air flow being drawn, less vapor is needed to saturate the air and get a more concentrated flavor. IMO, the Mutation X is good no matter how you build it (I'm running quad coils at the moment) but it really shines in the flavor dept when run in single coil mode. My .02 anyways.

LOOVE my Doge! Flavor for days with that little gem. You'll love it.
