Need advise before going to my shop

Hi all

I have a new Wismec RX2 mod 20700. I need some good and reliable “safe” batteries for my setup. I use prebuild coils from Wismec (0.15) and Crown (0.4) and is in urgent need of 2 new (18650) batteries. I have tried to lookup various test and reading of ohms law. I therefore have two options for now, and need some advise before I go to my shop later:

Samsung INR18650-25R 2500MAH - 20A and
Sony VTC6 18650 3000MAH - 30A

Will those batteries be a good option for my new setup or is there a better solution?

If it’s mod 20700 why don’t you get 20700 batteries? They’ll last longer

I agree, go 20700 if you can. iJoy 20700 5 post, AMPKING 20700 is essentially the same battery as both appear to be rewraps (according to Mooch).

At sub ohm IMHO is where the 20700s shines, mostly in a mechanical, but you should see a difference in a regulated device also. With the extra mah and 30amps the 20700s makes 18650s seem watered down, again IMHO.

Heaviness might be an issue. There's no reason to use those larger batteries unless you are vaping at extremely high wattages, if so then perhaps a battery upgrade is in order. Don't know if your vape store stocks those cells yet, as well.
