The things that will affect your coil temp on a regulated mod, with a drop in coil are power setting, and air flow. If the coil is designed poorly, and requires a lot of power and time to heat, and thus, coils slowly too, it will retain that heat for subsequent puffs when chain vaping.

With the right configuration of air flow restrictions and draw style, a satisfying vape can be had well below the "recommend" wattage for most coils.

If you find your vape is too hot, changing the way you vape, can help, but hardware better suited for the style of vape you want might be necessary.

Geekvape Nova is a regulated dual battery device.Resistance is irrelevant.With these batteries you can go 86W max safely.
Parallel or series configuration is also irrelevant at regulated devices.
And with that said, .15 ohm will work nicely at 60 to 65 watts.
