Did you properly prime the head before installing in base?
Drip drops of liquid on top of the screen inside a new/unused head until wicking material is fully saturated. may take 5 ~ 10 drops depending on size drops.
After priming head & filling tank did you take a few un powered primer puffs?
Did you see any bubbles rise from the wicking holes/base area?

Did you start off at a lower power and work your way up or just start off at 10w?
Starting a new/unused head off at a lower power for the first half tank or so & gradually increasing power helps ensure wicking material is fully saturated and kinda breaks in a new head without burning.

Just me, I haven't had much luck with the 1.6Ω heads, have you tried the 1.8Ω?

I just drip 3 drops of liquid then fix in the tank and start vaping on 8ohm, i will follow your tips.
i tried once the 1.8ohm coil comes with the Kabuki tank, burnt in 1 day.
thanks for the tips.

Like previously said, drip drops on the screen inside the head until wicking material is fully saturated, may take 5 - 10 drops.
You should see the material in the wicking holes in the side of the head become translucent, a few drips may come out of the wicking holes.

Thread head into base, fill tank, thread base & tank together, take a few un powered primer puffs (inhales without pressing the fire button), you should see a couple to a few bubbles rise from the wicking holes/base area.
Let it sit for a few minutes, 5 or so.

Set your power device to a low power level, like 7.5 - 8 watts, take a few vapes, you should see a bubble or two rise, this tells you it is wicking.
Gradually increase power over the first half tank to full tank to allow the head to break in & prevent burning.
If you get a dryish hit or even a hint of burnt taste turn the power down, hold your finger over the air inlet and give it a few light un powered primer puffs to draw liquid into the head.

Some e liquids / flavors / flavorings, dark or colored and especially sweet flavors tend to burn easy, clog wicking material & gunk coils rapidly.

What is the max Wattage I can power the nautilus 1.6ohm coil
The rule of thumb for EVERY regulated vape device you'll ever own is the same. Start low power, take a draw and bump it up to repeat. If it starts to taste funny, gets too hot or tastes burnt, back it down. Different flavors will have different "sweet spots" so you'll just have to experiment.

When I used a Nautilus, I usually ran between 14 -17 watts using 50pg/50vg juice.

I agree with Susan~S.

Vaping is all about personal preferences, some folks never go over 8w, some 10w to 12w using a nautilus.
You'll have to experiment with different power ranges and air flow settings to find what works best for you.
Any time you get a dry, funky, off, odd or hint of burnt taste turn the power down.

Some e liquids / flavors / flavorings, dark or colored and especially sweet flavors tend to burn easy, clog wicking material & gunk coils rapidly.

I vape mine on the biggest air flow setting between 12.5w ~ 18.5w, most of the time 15w ~ 16w using the 1.8Ω heads and clear non sweet 50/50 liquids.

I've never had good luck / satisfactory results using the 1.6Ω heads, I'd recommend trying the 1.8Ω heads.
