Ive had a 510 titan tank for a month now and while its fine I've got an itch for something better, something than can give more of a throat hit, I've found with the 510 the first vape is the strongest then it sort of dies, plenty of smoke but the throat hit fades until I let it cool down for 10 mins or so. The only other thing I can see is the Tornado, would this be much of an upgrade or have you any other recommendations?

If it is TH your after then another unit might not be the answer. Im not saying that it wouldn't help, but it sounds like you might just want to try a different juice. More nic, or higher PG. It just sounds more like tour first hit is good, but then your throat gets use to it quickly.
If you could scrape up some bones get something that runs 6v or some kind of vv or something ( Reo, SB, provari, etc...) Trust me you'll end up with one eventuality, so take the plunge, you'll not be sorry. And replacement batteries tend to run cheaper and longer.
GLV2 5V with a dual coil cartomizer. Plenty of vapor, flavor, and TH. The GLV is a higher priced unit but it has a lifetime warranty. If you want to use the hotter LR stuff you need to upgrade and buy something with 450mah+ batteries. Like Ego or Riva 510 or Tornado if you want whatever brand TW is selling. Or a mod. Anything big. The Riva 510 from Liberty-Flights.com would be hotter since their kits and SE batteries are new stock of Eastmall Riva 510's (3.7v, 4.2 off the charger degrading to maybe 3.25 at the end) and the Egos are less hot but provide more even 3.4v

Lots of good suggestions from everyone. Personally I like the carto tank suggestion. I have one, lasts all day, and it is easy to refill. I went with a variable volt garage door opener, box mod. I love it. Just dial it in to whatever I have on hand. It is inexpensive and so far reliable, coupled with the carto tank.... life is easy.
