What are the best batteries for my innokin Mvp and my Vamo. Heavy vaper and need something that lasts. Li-on? Oops meant VTR innokin not the Mvp.

The Innokin MVP is a battery.

The Vamo is a container for batteries.

The battery is internal in the MVP & MVP-2 ............ you just charge it like you do your iPhone.

MVP is disposable. The batteries are built-in. This is the eGo battery concept taken to 2600mAh. Toss the MVP when the batteries are toast. Vamo, Sigelei Zmax, Provari, etc., etc., use removable cylindrical batteries like a flashlight.

For the removable rechargeable batteries for the Vamo, I recommend AW IMR or Efest IMR. For the MVP I recommend buying another MVP.

Do you mean the VTR? The VTR is their box mod in which the batteries are removable. The MVP's batteries can not be removed and changed. Well, I guess technically they could be if you're good at soldering and you can actually find the type it uses. They aren't the round type you can typically buy though....

Sorry, meant my VTR. Want a good battery for it. Have had some and they dont last but maybe 3 hours. Want one that will last at least 6 or seven hours

There are plenty to choose from. AW IMR is the gold standard in vaping currently. The Efest are more economical choice. There are some hybrid batteries out there, such as the Panasonic CGR.

The MNKE and sony batteries that have 20-30 amp capacity are a bit overkill for use with regulated mods (ie the ones you mentioned).

When I had a Vamo, I don't think it mattered whether the batteries were flat top or button top, but you should check into that. What charger are you using?

I have efest 2250mah flat tops in my VTR. Lasts about 8 or so hours. When I was at the store checking out the VTR, one of the owners' button tops didn't fit in the VTR, not really sure why cuz in the videos I've seen reviewers didn't have any issues fitting button tops.

Some of the Panasonic and Orbtronic hybrid batteries are a mm or two larger in diameter and in length. That's why they can pack so many additional mAhs into those batteries. In mods which have a low tolerance to battery size, these may not fit.

it definitely wasn't a panasonic. i think it was a sigelei. not sure about the dimensions on the sigelei but perhaps it was slightly longer and didn't fit.

There are three class of Li-Ion batteries: Protected ICR, high drain IMR, and high drain hybrid batteries.

You want the high drain IMR batteries for a regulated (variable voltage/variable wattage) mod like the Vamo and VTR. WHY HIGH DRAIN BATTERIES?
