Need battery help

Have had the 401 for about 3 weeks....one battery will not charge, nor will it heat up the atomizer. The lights work. The charger will charge the other battery...

I've searched the battery threads and came across those where the battery won't charge but did not recall anything about the light working. Not flashing.

No heat and will not charge.

Any ideas?

Do you have another atomizer you can try? Sometimes an atomizer wilol work on one, but not on another battery. It's not common, but I have heard of it happening. If that doesn't work, I would contact the company where you purchased it. It doesn't sound like it's the charger, since the other battery is charging.

Thanks for the response. No, I don't have another atomizer to try. I'm waiting for a second in the mail. I was going to try to mess with it but thought better on that. I can take it back. Got it at a local smoke shop. A little pricey but I wanted it now! I'm sure he will try it on another atomizer before he changes it out. He's a pretty good guy and I'm not too worried.

Sounds like it's a dead battery to me.. I would contact the vendor you got your stuff from and see if there is a warranty to get it replaced.. you could also try cleaning the contacts and see if that does any good, but most likely it's dead..

ive had a 901 battery that hated one atty and loved another. i just color coded them together with a sticker lol

I get the whole try a new atty thing but it won't charge as well. Been off the charger for two days now you would think it lost a little charge by now.

id say you have a bad batt and they should swap it out for ya no prob.

is it a auto or manual batt?
i had an auto one act up and managed to find a fix on this site that got it working again. best of luck

Well dam....the second one just went out....

Thank goodness i have a back up. Envy don't fail me now.
