After reading through the forum I believe I am going to go with the 510 with manual batteries. I have never used an ecig yet and smoke about 3/4's of a pack of Marlboro menthol lights a day.

I guess my main questions are,

Where to buy?

What all do I need to buy to make sure im ready to start using it when it arrives?

How does the liquid work?

Will I need to buy refillable carts separately?

What liquid would best match my usual Marlboro menthol light cigarette? I am not looking for something flavored, but more of something that if I closed my eyes it would taste the same as a real cigarette.

I don’t want to spend too much, but I also don’t want to skimp out and not get a good first time experience with it.

Thanks!

Evapor.net and cignot.com have manual battery 510's for 35.00 USD. They are both good starter kits as they provide 2 attys and 2 batteries. I suggest evapor first merely on their choice of colors.

You want to buy a starter kit mentioned above, around 10-20ml's of e-liquid, 2 extra atomizers, and a PCC. All of that will run you around 60-70 bucks.

Based on your cigarette consumption I would suggest 24mg strength e-liquid. It might be too high for you but you can easily cut down your liquid nic strength you can't easily make it more potent.

The liquid is what provides the vapor. Simply it is what is inside the carts. Prefilled carts are simply carts where someone has dripped the liquid into the filler material and filled them up for you. By buying the e-liquid separate you can refill your own carts at a fraction of the cost. You will recieve at least 5 carts in your starter kit, these should last you a very long time if you refill them yourself.

Finding the "right" e-liquid: That is going to be tough. Everyone has a different idea of what constitutes this flavor or that flavor. In truth not only will e-liquid always taste a little different then what you are used to but the more you vape the more sensitive your tastebuds will become. In fact you'll find you might prefer other flavors instead.

I went into vaping trying to find the "perfect" newport flavor and have yet to find it, but more importantly, I don't enjoy the tobacco flavors nearly as much as my fruity and warm flavors - tropical punch, english toffee, thin mint, etc.
