I need some help I smoke less than a pack aday (marlboro menthol lights) sometimes a whole pack depending how stressed the day is..i'am very new to this and don’t know where to start i am looking for something easy to use and as close to the real thing as possible taste wise.. If i choose one with nicotine where should i start?.. Iam willing to spend up to $100.00.

Hi and welcome to ECF. If you go to "What's New?" in the upper left hand corner of the page you can click on "My Posts" and it'll show the threads you started and those you posted in. It makes finding posts pretty easy.

if you ever can't find one of your threads or post, go to your profile and you should be able to get a list of threads you started and post history
