I have been having a really tough time with another vendor and their complete lack of any communication or customer service. Thanks to the wonderful members here, I was told to check out a few others including this one for my needs.

I recently purchased a different brands KR808D-1 model and am looking for carts that are the right fit. I found the other juice to be down right bad (Cherry & RY4) and will never get answers as to the rest of my order, but I digress.

In looking at the V4L website (which is great compared to the last one), I am getting confused as to which carts I should be looking for. I also would love to hear some thoughts on the flavors.

To get an idea of what I have been enjoying, here is a short list.

Want2Vape - Great stuff across the board for me. The RY4 is great.
PureVapes - Butterscotch Cookie is one of the best I have tried to date.
Volcano - Yeah I started there and actually liked a few of their flavors (Bluewater Punch & Pineapple & Cherry)

I will keep the name of the other vendor out of this, but did not care for their juice much in the carts at all.

What carts should I be looking at from a quality and safety standpoint (read some horror stories) and what flavors are you loving from V4L and why?

Thanks a bunch in advance for the assistance. Its nice to be directed to certain vendors that really care about their customers.

Basically we carry two types of cartomizers. CoolCarts and Wow Carts. Wow carts are low resistance and work best at 3.7V. They tend to go through juice quicker and vape a little warmer. CoolCarts are slightly higher resistance and tolerate higher voltages better (such as the passthrough). They both hold about the same amount of juice. Wow Carts are filled with our "Wow" flavors and Cool Carts are filled with our premium flavors. As to what flavor to suggest, that is tough. If you haven't tried our flavors before, I normally recommend getting a couple of sampler packs to see what you like best. I'm sure other will chime in here to help out as well.

Regarding quality and safety, I've been purchasing exclusively from V4L since my first order in August, 2010, and vaping, started buying regularly in November, 2010. I've not had a "dud" carto that the "SallyEm" method didn't take care of (see the stickified thread about carto fixes.). And VERY few of them. As far as safety is concerned, the V4L employees that post here use their own products. That's enough of an endorsement for me.

Besides, analogs were not exactly "safe". I'm far more comfortable with the V4L products. :D

And welcome, btw. I keep forgetting my manners!

I read about the problems you were having. If I were you I would try some of the WoW sampler packs and see what you like. That way you dont get stuck with boxes of stuff you dont care for.Its a great way to try alot without wasting time and money.

Great info, thanks.

So both of them will fit on my new device?

Welcome golfer! V4l has some great flavor sample packs in both the wow and premium cartos. I'm hooked on the menthols, so am not the right person to ask about the various flavors. Premium and wow carts will both work on 808 batteries.

Seems like a trend. Thank you for the info. Sampler will be ordered tomorrow I believe.

Can anybody give some recs (I swear I wont hold them against you...hehe) based on what I have been vaping?

I really liked the coffee sampler, may sound wierd but the coffee flavors covered that cig craving and taste pretty great.Im not sure if one of the tobacco samplers has ry4 or not.Youll have to look.Im not a big tobacco vaper. They dont taste like tobacco to me.

Its funny, I am not a big tobacco vaper either. Just happen to like the one from want2vape I guess. Thanks for the rec, will take a look at the coffee sampler. Love vaping some coffee.

Agreed, but melting "things" had me worried based on my brief experience and reading. Thanks for the heads up.

Aha. Well, I've not had any bad experiences along that line, but I have read it is best to always unplug passthroughs when not in use. Which I am terribly neglectful about doing. A modicum of common sense and you should be fine. :)

I love the Premium Pineapple from V4L. If you are fond of fruits, try the Fruit Bowl and Mixed Berry Samplers. And I always recommend Coffee. And Caramel Mocha Frappe, and...on and on.

Good lord, this is going to be a nice order....All of those sound great. Thanks.

I've been using our carts for 2+ years now, mostly on a passthrough. When a cart starts tasting dry or has a slight burnt marshmallow taste I refill. I also normally rotate between 2 or 3 carts so one doesn't get overly hot.

Thank you for the info. Do you use any on the new -1 batteries?

We dont promise perfection but we try really hard to be helpful. The staff is online alot and always trying to help.If you have a problem you usually dont get in trouble for it,LOL!

Thank you. So I have one of the new KR808D-1 from a different vendor and I am still unsure based on power if I should get the WOW or the Premium? I believe they both work, but does one work better than the other?

I'm not sure of the specs of the battery that you have. But generally speaking, if the voltage is regulated to 3.7V, the Wow Carts will most likely give better performance. Our batteries are 3.7V, but fully charged they clock in at 4.2V and decrease as you use the battery.

Thank you so much. Off to order. WOW carts it is.

1 of my 9 batteries is a bl...g. That one seems to work a little better with the wow carts. But all my other batteries are v4l- shortys, regular, xl, diamond and older style work great with both. If you only have 1battery, you should really get more (what do you do if it's on the charger) I would really recommend the diamond series and the stealth.
