Need computer/internet information

I would like to use my paypal account to make a purchase from a vendor and am at a loss as to how to send a "valid paypal email". I have a paypal account. Is there a form to be found on their site? Seriously. I need some one to say -- go here press enter type your message press send. I'm sure it's not difficult, but all the searching around on my own is useless. Thanks.

PayPal uses your email address as basically your username. The vendor needs the email address you registered on PayPal to find you, and charge you. So, just give 'em the email you registered with PayPal.
