I hope I am posting this in the right place, I am new so sorry if not! I ordered the Halo Triton kit, an extra 900 Mah battery, some coils and liquid on January 2. My total bill was a little under $100, so it was an investment for me. I still have not received my order, even though it was shipped two day priority mail. I know most of the country is suffering through severe weather, I am in Michigan and it is just awful here. But, I also ordered some liquids from other companies AFTER ordering from Halo and all of those liquids arrived via regular old US mail, beating out the Halo Priority package. I received conformation of shipping from Halo before getting the shipping conformation from any of the liquid companies, so I am hoping that my package is not lost. I know Halo is a great company and eventually the package WILL get here, but I am disappointed and frustrated! Just wondering if you Halo users have pretty fast delivery on your orders under most circumstances, and is this just a fluke I am experiencing right now? Thanks for any feedback and for the Halo recommendation - I am determined to kick the stinky cigarettes ASAP!

I have had good experiences with Halo and generally the shipping time is pretty quick. Mine have all come priority mail.

Now, I have an order, placed on the second, just like yours. And it has JUST made it to the sorting facility in Jersey.

Given my previous experiences have been good, I'm chalking this up to the weather.

Welcome Nanny22, normally Halo has very fast shipping. I ordered my last order on December 31 and just received it today. I always choose the free shipping just priority mail. I'm sure you'll get yours soon. This is the slowest I've ever received a shipment so I assume it is the weather that has caused USPS to be late in their delivery.

After you get your equipment you'll need to find YOUR perfect juice flavors. And that is it's own journey. But we all will help you in any way we can. Don't give up, we are all in this together.

Thanks so much guys! My tracking info finally updated and the package is still in New Jersey -- BooHoo! I wanna cry, but I will survive! LOL -- don't they know how anxious we are to get these packages??? Anyway, I am sure it is the weather and the good old postal service, not Halo's fault. It's 11 below here in my part of Michigan right now -- so that big old bottle of Tribeca I ordered with the kit would be frozen solid if it was close to home. But honestly, I don't think I have been THIS anxious for a package to arrive since I was a little kid! Can't wait to try everything out and keep getting help from all of you. It seems like you guys are having a blast and it has been nothing but pleasurable to get to know everyone here in this little community! I wanna play, too!!!

Usps is horrible! I'm sure it has something to do with the weather like everyone else said. Ever order I've had with halo has been good. I've had an issue with usps, but that's government work at its finest. Give it a few more days, the usps tracking is slow to update.

A fellow michigander! (stuck in Texas :p)

Yeah, I would guess that is has alot to do with the weather.

All but one of my shipments from Halo have been really fast.

When you are waiting for that first order so you can get started with your Triton, it seems like forever!

Please let us know what you think after you receive it and have a chance to use it.

I can tell you that I love my Triton and Halo's Customer Service is second to none.

So happy to have you with us!

Halo's shipping department could not be any quicker. I always order at night, it ships next morning, and with free Priority mail over $75, is in my hands 48 hours and some change after that, halfway across the country.

USPS in itself on the other hand...first class mail takes 5 business days. Then you sometimes run into overworked government employees, somebody who takes a long lunch, clogged shipping veins, weather delays etc.

Just refresh the shipment tracking page twice a day, it will get there! :vapor:

What everyone else said.

I got my Triton with Priority 2 days after I ordered it in October. Now, this is January, weather is a factor, and it's a really busy time with all the holiday returns and all.

(Wait. Am I defending the USPS???? where are my meds????)

I sent a prize out on the 2nd, and scanning shows it's STILL at my PO.

And I ordered Halo on the 2nd. Scanning just updated showing it made it from Pompton to Kearny, NJ (the main hub) on the 5th. It still says delivery expected on the 6th. They better hurry up, they got 15 minutes!!!!

This thread is misnamed. It should say: USPS NEEDS HELP

Welcome, welcome Nanny22! This is EXACTLY what happened to me when I first ordered from Halo way back in Sept. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall....It's the USPS. I was told by a veteran Halon that NJ is the bermuda triangle of the usps. Sit tight, it's on it's way. And just like Evie said, we're allhere to help!

The Bermuda Triangle of New Jersey. Kearny Distribution Center is huge. You can fit SIX Football field in it. Over a half million square feet! And it is located in the armpit of the state, The triangle is the three major interstates, 280, 78 and 95, the Turnpike! All converge in Kearny, with Newark Airport a stone's throw away. And there's hundreds of distribution centers, as well as one of the busiest ports on the east coast, Port Elizabeth. A Huge amount of oversea product eners this country via that area.

Now Pompton Plains is a little berg, about 20 miles to the Northwest. A trip to Kearny at 7:30AM might take you an hour! Once your package hits Kearny, it should fly. But the Pompton Plains PO's get up and go has got up and went the last week!!!

USPS doesn't update the tracking properly. Mine said it was in NJ yesterday, yet it arrived on my doorstep in So Cal today - so there is hope!

Same here, save for it being Lubbock, and not SoCal. For me it's generally a 4 day wait with the 2 day priority. That Joisey Triangle can be the suuuuck sometimes... Hang in there Nanny, and welcome to the Halo Nation!

Tapped out on a phone... I think
