Hi all! I'll be thankfull if some1 tell me how to find my missing mail from USPS. I just ordered 2l USP Grade 10% nico from VZ on 03.01.17. It's Priority mail with insurance.I have tracking number from USPS and on 13.01.17 they e-mailed me that my package was delivered on my APO, but... until now clerks didn't found. I post a ticket, filled a form about missing mail a week ago and nothing. It is Army APO in Afghanistan. Also send another ticket to MPSA filled with info from USPS ticket and now wating fir their answer. My deployment is at the end and I'm not from USA. Spend a lot of money, time and became angry at all.
So.....How to proceed in this case?
I need my nico in first place, but in other side should recieve my money because I have an insurance, right?! Does anybody had a trouble like this?

I'm not entirely sure about this, but It sounds suspiciously like the APO's fault. My wife and I have sent quite a few packages to my son's APO, and it's like a toss up as to when it arrives. Also, there are a lot of stipulations on how it should be sent. With APO/FPO's, you have to be very particular in how it is addressed. Do NOT include the destination country's name on the address. If you put the destination country on the address, it might've been handed over to the international mail system, and otherwise confuses them. I would check with the city's mail to see if it was handed over to them.

Some things to read:

I know you probably won't want to know this, but from many many past dealings with the USPS (while I was an eBay seller for 10 years):

1. If the USPS tracking number shows the package was delivered to your APO, the USPS responsibility has been met, since the USPS cannot deliver it directly to you. Your package is the APO's responsibility from there!

2. Insurance you bought only covers what happens to it while it's in the care of the USPS, not after it reaches the APO.

3. Your vendor has NO responsibility other than to get it in the hands of the USPS and send it by Priority Mail, which they did. You have no claim against them. They did what they were supposed to do and have no control over what happens to it from there.

My guess is, that IF it was obvious it was from a US vaping related company (maybe return label had full company name on it)...someone decided they wanted it for themselves once it reached the APO.

Let your unit postal clerk know your forwarding address, even if in a foreign country. Make it clear and exact so the mail people at your FOB don't have to guess.

As was said, the USPS uses scanners but the Military does not. Decent food and mail are the two primary moral concerns for military leaders. But, with military moving around pretty quickly, things have a way of happening.

From a security standpoint, liquids make the mail people nervous.

Just do what you can.

Since I only know the viewpoint from the sender's side, I think the others may know from the deployment side. I do know they are a bit stricter when it comes to Afghanistan as far as shipping goes. We normally don't send something to my son when he's deployed, usually we send it to where he's stationed, not deployed. So far, we haven't had any problems shipping to him, but we usually just ship food stuffs (skittles, candy, little debbies, etc) and have yet to have any problems. I do know he has to lock things up because of theft.

Since you're at the end of your deployment and you're not from the US, I don't know your situation, but I also notice that VZ's prices are a bit on the high side. Maybe after your deployment, you could try again from MFS. I've had no problems with them, and they seem to have experience with international shipping. (link here). If you're happy with VZ though, then stay with them.

Sorry to hear about it. I hope you get everything sorted out.

Thank you Neal! On my last deployment there I wasn't had any problems like this ...even with more expensive things. I don't know more about VZ's prices, just heard from friend they have a good pure nicotine in discount. That's why I bough from them. It was a good deal for me before future Europe's regulations in 05.2017 goes as law. I'm still care hope for positive result.

Happy news! Vendor purpose me to refund my money or resent the order. After this situation should I go again or to try another store?! I saw some store where I can use discount code ELRRECIPIE but didn't remember who was it. Suggestion?!

I don't have any experience with VZ, so all I can suggest is the company I use... My Freedom Smokes. However, if you're close to the end of your deployment, I would probably wait until your deployment is over.
