Need help AGA T2

so I just got my new rba in the mail and was going to build a wick today I have kanthal wire 28 gauge but was wondering where do I buy the mesh, and also is there a specific kind. I've watched a couple videos but nobody ever says where to buy the mesh wasn't sure if it was any special kind of mesh or if I could just pick it up at Home Depot etc


any help would be appreciated thank you

So I can't buy any at a hardware store or something was trying to build it today

dude where are you at there might be a brick and mortar store close to you

If your local hardware store has 316 stainless steel mesh in 400 or 500 then yeah, you can buy it at a hardware store....

Okay well I got some mesh but for some reason I keep getting a dry hit like kinda metal tasting what could be the issue

its not the mesh brother, its the build. the wick is either not oxidized correctly or the tension of the wire is not correct.

It's probably both


When you say the tension do you mean around the wick or to the post our both
