Hi guys,

I think I'm ready to put my epower as a backup. I want to buy a VV box mod. I have 2 PV in my attention...First one is
Evercool vv box mod from Maximum Vapors, the second one is VV box mode from Madvapes. I can't decide and I need your help. Which one do you recommend? Also I want to use cartomizers with VV box mod...Ohms??(I still have some ressurectors around)...Brands??
Thank you.

Someone may correct me but I think you get a wider range from a hv (3ohm or higher) carto or atty if you like 5v or so.
Seconded. You want a higher ohm rating than a lower one. You'll hit the max wattage for the battery sooner on a lower resistance heating element so you're not getting as much voltage as you'd think you were. Usually VV mods cap at a certain wattage to protect the battery and yourself.

Hope you get into VV though, it's a huge difference you wind up missing really quickly if you can't use VV for a while.

...an Evercool is more effecient and gives better batt life...I have 2 E-Powers and an EverCool and use all three...I still like the BigE with the Resurrectors...about the same wattage/taste(to me) as a 3ohm at 5v but, with more juice capacity...the resurrectors at 4-4.2v on the Evercool are pretty good as well(VERY consistent vape)...where the Evercool really shines is with dual coils...1.5-2ohm dccs @ 5-5.5v really brings out the flavor/vapor BUT, they will use up juice like shooting water out a fire hose...both the Evercool and the E-Power have their place at my vaping table...heck, even my Rivas still get used from time to time...bottom line...spend the few extra bucks and get the Evercool, it will pay for itself in extended batt life(at least in satisfacton)............

Hi danart,
I've been vapin' about 3 months and made several purchases through Madvapes. I can't speak to Maximum Vapors, but the Madvapes vv box mod(with built in voltmeter) I got in 4 days(I live in the same state) and I got the 2.2-2.5 ohm Boge cartos. I didn't see if you were looking more at price, durability or, warranty for your decision. I will say that the VV I have is a plastic housing, so not bulletproof in the durability end. The price and 30 day warranty for testing the VV waters was what made me choose Madvapes. I hope this helps you,
